Wrap Technologies Inc. is a comprehensive planting design for a beachfront residential property in San Vicente, Palawan. The site is organized into seven distinct sectors; beach front, central open space, casitas, pathways and side border, house vicinity, driveway and slope protection, and front boundary and road buffer; each with a tailored planting strategy. The design prioritizes native and endemic species suited to the coastal environment, including salt-tolerant groundcovers along the shoreline and dense layered tropical plantings around the main house and casitas. Slope stabilization is addressed through deep-rooted shrubs, mat-forming groundcovers, and canopy trees along the driveway and graded embankments. The proposal balances visual quality with long-term ecological resilience across all zones of the property.
