MSG FARM

MSG Farm is a 10.79-hectare agri-tourism master plan in Narra, Palawan, organized into five functional zones; public and visitor facilities, activity and learning, leisure and relaxation, poultry and apiary, and farm operations. Structures follow a tropical vernacular approach, employing thatch roofing, terracotta tile, local timber, and stone walls to ground each building within its agricultural setting. An earth-tone material palette and restrained proportions maintain a calm, consistent atmosphere across all zones. The development is phased in three stages: Phase 01 establishes the public entrance, farm-to-table restaurant, and market; Phase 02 introduces orchard and fishpond activities; and Phase 03 delivers glamping tents, eco-lodges, and a riverside wellness deck. The plan integrates agri-tourism programming with sustainable, site-responsive architecture.
